Hulu's original series Tell Me Lies, based on the novel of the same name by Carola Lovering, follows the toxic but intriguing relationship between Lucy Albright (Grace Van Patten) and Stephen DeMarco (Jackson James White). The two meet in college, and Lucy quickly becomes obsessed with Stephen, who seems to be quite the charming manipulator. Lucy has never quite felt a pull so strong, and she can't help but get sucked into DeMarco's web of lies.
